This is Marco Rubio explaining how the USA promised to defend Ukraine forever if they got rid of their nuclear arsenal left after the Soviet Union fell.

This is why lil marco was sinking into the couch. He was hoping we wouldn’t find it…so don’t RT right now this very second.

80% of Britons and 56% of Americans don't like Elon Musk.

If you don't like Elon Musk, Like this Post.

Lets see if we can make it the most liked one on Bluesky.

If Elon Musk cares about children as much as he's pretending he does, where are his posts about Gaza? 🤔

✨It rarely gets the centre of attention because of the lantern tower but the 12th Romanesque nave at Ely Cathedral is jaw-dropping - so I put my tilt-shift lens to use..📸

Steady there, m’am - to get used to it, why not start by reading the books lower down and gradually progress higher?… 🤔😉

Many/most from 47 Div. Their defensive work alongside 2 & 56 Divs repelling German counter-offensive became the subject of a didactic narrative, ‘The Story of a Great Fight’, issued by GHQ in early 1918.

A set of railroad tracks with parts of them set on fire as a commuter train prepares to cross.

It has snowed in Chicago and YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS! Time to remind everyone that we light our train tracks on fire to prevent the switches from freezing.

Thanks -this has opened up (for me) a hitherto untapped seam of FWW history! But a few hours’ research this afternoon got me the answer. Badge is of late 19 century volunteer unit, 3rd CoL Rifle Volunteer Corps, which, on the TF’s creation in 1908, went into 7th Bttn, London Regt (‘Shiny Seventh’)

Please can you help to identify this? Not the 3rd Bttn London Regt (Royal Fusiliers) - as far as I know, like the 1st, 2nd & 4th LR Bttns, they wore the ‘standard’ RF cap badge with rose in centre, not a number. And I don’t think I’ve previously encountered ‘3 City of London Rifles Volunteers’ 🤔

Yes, great majority are ‘Known to be buried…’ and I guess there was too much uncertainty re what/who might be disturbed in the centre ground away from the perimeter. But it’s the only cemetery I can think of where there is this concentration on the edges and such a void in the rest

Hello everyone, here’s my début post on this platform. I recently had the good fortune to encounter Tuileries CWGC at Zillebeke for the first time (heaven knows how I’d managed to miss it over the 20 preceding years of visits). Can anyone tell me why all the headstones are confined to the perimeter?
