Using MS Excel with CSV file. After decades they still haven't bothered to correctly use quote symbols. It's part of the syntax in the CSV specification. This string of all digits is a text value. I want to see the digits, not a number in scientific notation. That's why the quotes around it.

It does seem to be the modern way to become president, which is why I want more people to get good at it who I would rather vote for than him.
