Having not heard of Iceflake before today, I'm certainly willing to give 'em a shot and see what they do going forward.
Buuut also it looks like they've primarily made mobile games, and then a Surviving Mars spinoff called Surviving the Aftermath. Which was overall reviewed as "okay" it looks like.

Development of the Cities Skylines franchise is moving away from Colossal Order to Iceflake Studios... CO will stick around to release their long-delayed bike patch and a beta version of the asset editor, but that's it.
