First ep of s2 Monarch Legacy of Monsters is back on Apple Tv and it continues to be fantastic, especially the 1950's crew of Wyatt Russell, Mari Yamamoto, & Anders Holm.

The Acolyte had many interesting tendrils that are worth expanding on even if I don't think it's a great series. The b plot of the politicking of the Jedi Order specifically.

Maybe George was too caught up on midichlorians. He seemed to want to explain things physically instead of it being more philosophical.

Writing is more of a multidisciplinary art than I ever understood. Creating characters & worlds, creating systems (magic, social, gov, language), writing dialogue, battles, relationships; all different talents, most excel at some and drop the ball on others.
