Real ones. BIG ones.

Ideally, a strike is part of a larger strategy of other actions-- cross-society, a range of tactics, sustained with discipline over time.

Same problem in publishing and film.

Everyone gets paid long before the writer, and then it's pennies on the dollar, if we're lucky.
