Titre : ACP-024: the Recluse Haravatat Student Résumé : “I wish we never met!” Kaveh regrets these words as soon as they leave his mouth. The first reason is because they were thrown out in the heat of anger. He doesn't entirely mean them. The second reason is that Alhaitham transforms into a giant semi-Vulture creature in response, and a shady secret organization bursts in uninvited. They are called the "Analyze, Contain, Preserve" division of the Akademiya—or so they say. (Kaveh still thinks it might be a cult.) Alhaitham has the choice between running away into the desert or complying with the ACP's bothersome procedures. That part is fine; he's used to it. They've been monitoring him his entire life, after all. However, the added pressure of dealing with his incomprehensible feelings towards senior Kaveh adds a lot to his plate.
