Excited for this and glad we have more affordable housing available. However, $680k per unit is ridiculous. What is wrong with the affordable housing model when a for profit developer can build luxury apartments for nearly half that price?

Quatorze is a two unit project with ADU we developed.
This property is zoned RS-3. The composition of the street allowed us to make this a two-flat with an ADU.
