If you want to write for an anthology, I think planning it yourself is one way to go. The first anthology I participated in was actually one I planned myself. If you host it, you might be able to invite your favorite artists, so it's a good idea☺️

Also, whether the person understands how to write a manuscript and whether they're trustworthy is also very important when making a request, so... I can't ask just anyone...

That's right 🤔 It depends on the planner, but some people solicit writers through public invitations, while others ask acquaintances. I usually do the latter, and ask people I've met and become friends with.

市場調査を兼ねて個人誌の方で部数アンケートやってみたけど、まあ、参考にはなったかなぁ。アンケよりも一番信用度が高いのはやつぱり直接お声がきける事だなって思う

なので今回はリプライで欲しいというお声があったので部数増やしたんだよ。
部数については長い事悩んで慎重に考えてた。まず自身で本を作って様子を見たり…体感的、感覚的にこれくらいかな…？って。色々な観点から調査して決めてた(笑)これでも結構色々考えているんだよ

主催すると一番怖いのが在庫を抱えるというリスクがあるという事(笑)
三回主催して手痛い程は抱えた事は無いけど…一回目と二回目は完売したし、グレイセス10周年アンソロも身内に捌けたので良かったかなと。部数アンケートとかあるけど、ああいうのは容易に投票できるので信用しないからやらない。

I don't believe that the number of followers equals the number of copies printed, so I didn't get too confident and kept the number to a minimum at first, but I'm glad I increased the number because it would have been far from enough if I hadn't reprinted it...

I've said this many times before, but I'm glad that so many people picked up the anthology🙏✨
