I bought the ebook of The Blue Castle written by Lucy Maud Montgomery for 49ct and I can't wait to read it.
I still need to read Anne of Green Gables but I want to start with one of her adult books 😊

I gave Choking on Love another try because my library had the first two volumes and I thought maybe last time I read it I wasn't in the right mood.. but I still have the same thoughts I had back then:
-Cute artstyle
-I don't like the ML (too pushy, doesn't know boundaries)
-Pacing was too fast

So loads of people are sharing an obvious ai "glow up" of an actual photo. I never share ai stuff even to dunk, but in this case I'm sharing a comparison to show the problem. We have to stand against this slop at every level or it becomes normalised. They want us to stop caring. See alt text.

Isn't Media Do the company who decides what happens next? Even if 7S doesn't want AI, Media Do clearly wants it and will probably force it.

Calling AI "slop" has been one of the most effective instances of the public rebranding a product and it pisses them off.

Cozy fantasy, cozy mystery, cozy farming-game, cozy life-sim. Cozy games is just an umbrella term for relaxing games without high stakes.

No?! A comfort game can be any type of game despite involving thrilling or graphic scences (sex, gore, violence, etc.) but a cozy game is supposed to be something that helps you to relax. That's its main purpose.

I stopped caring about ratings/reviews years ago.
I like what I like and that's ok 😁
Having a different opinion is perfectly fine, unless you're invalidating mine and start insulting me for what I enjoy.
Luckily that's more a social media thing and doesn't happen IRL.

I can hate the police IRL and still watch fictional shows about the police 🤷🏼‍♀️

People are so weird about The Rookie or police shows in general.
Watching a fictional show about the police, does not mean you suddenly like them in real life too!?
Why would a TV show with likable characters created for entertainment change my view on the police?

I'm waiting for some more gameplay footage and decide then if it's worth it to spend so much money for only two games (Yoshi and Pokemon Gen 10).
I didn't like gen 9 and the other spin-off games on the switch, except Let's Go Eevee.
