This is the biggest Passivhaus development in Europe, meaning residents will benefit from low energy bills.

It’s also fantastic well connected - a stone’s throw from Acton Town.

The site is the former home of TfL’s escalator maintenance service.

It was fantastic to be joined by Housing Secretary, Steve Reed, to officially break ground on 900 new Passivhaus homes at Bollo Lane in Ealing.

Delivered by a partnership between Places for London, Barratt London and MTVH, 50% of the homes will be affordable with funding from @london.gov.uk.
