Had a couple of free days to work on this piece. I always love drawing Rebel Pilots and Rogue Squadron. I wanted to make Luke less of a focus in the piece and draw the eye past him to the X-Wings.

A test page for REHN (worldbuilding project) I put together last year. The layout still feels nice, albeit pretty simple, but im always undecided on style.

Its still good to have something to reference for future passes.

Anakin likes to loiter outside the Republic Palace in Coruscant for no reason at all. It’s definitely not because this is the route that the Queen of Naboo walks every day.

This is Blackjack. He was throwing a bit of a puppy tantrum. But just like a toddler, he immediately calmed down when his favorite show came on. 12/10

This was the first battle scene I'd done in years, and doing them portrait style was even weirder after so long. The brief was to create a golem that didn't feel like a humanoid so much as it felt like an ancient relic, with the runes carved into it like electrical circuitry to keep it together. So I went for large slabs of stone and placed them together in a more interesting way, including giving it three legs, so it would walk in a really unusual manner as it's trying to kill you. The characters were actually those belonging to friends of mine, with the unfortunate elf first in line to be mashed being a rival of one of my characters in my main campaign. Still overall really happy with this one, I always run the risk of trying to push dramatic lighting TOO much, when having this one just be a clear sky day in a snowfield meant I had to work differently, and it adds a lot to my folio.
