Be careful who you dehumanize and what permission structures you create for bigotry. Because social media isn't a silo, and judges and attorneys read and internalize what people say.

It's a pattern I've long noticed and despised. The racist comments people make about Black people being unqualified or dangerous, the transphobic comments about trans people being predators, the ableist comments about disabled people being lazy, they all end up in our laws.

The comments people make on social media about Palestinians being an invented people, or about prejudice against them not being a real thing, find their way into briefs and motions filed by discriminatory landlords and cops and then into legal opinions signed by judges.

I don't talk much about the Palestinian rights cases that I'm doing. (Yes, I have cases related to the genocide, and discrimination against Palestinian Americans. Most are pro bono. People get evicted and arrested just for being Palestinian.)

But I will say this.
