A tidbit of trivia for anyone unaware. That thing they love to do where they accuse the left of every horrid crime they themselves enjoy? It's an actual rhetorical device.

I think it needs to be pointed out as well that Visa is clearly losing money off these calls clogging their systems and still thought it was worth the money to re-train their employees/contractors. They're not scared enough to drop the issue altogether, people need to keep calling and snail-mailing.
