A lobbyist who worked directly for Peter Mandelson, on the Palantir board, and on the board of *four* NHS trusts.

#WarOfTheSpiderQueen books one and six in the series offer a kind of horror vibe to the action that I liked. The other books presented factional conflicts with less of that. I didn't find them quite as interesting as a result.

Fantasy doesn't need to have horror elements b they fit this setting.

#WarOfTheSpiderQueen a six novel series about the consequences of a goddess of chaos withholding her power from her priestess theocracy. One character has a bit of spiritual epiphany in the series but they're action books. The consequences are mostly temporal and violent in nature.

"The Archer’s Tale" the first book in Bernard Cornwell's Grail Quest series is excellent.

"Von Bek" by Moorcock makes interesting use of the grail.

#Cronos recently watched an interview with Del Toro. Reminded me that Cronos has been on my to watch list for a while. For some reason I thought I had seen it before but no. I would have rembered seeing. Brilliant.
