NPCS: Some NPCs are chatbots. They're completely optional to interact with. I tried to dig deeper but I couldn't find plain documentation (plus tech bros jorking off about the future pollute the searches >:( ). What I gathered is that they're probably powered by Deepseek. Still an LLM,

From what I've seen it's mainly in two areas. CC: there's an option where you can upload your face/voice and it'll generate an approximation of your photo. The voice one honestly seems like a randomise. The photo seems to have mixed results.
