11.08.2025 13:05 β π 1 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0That's it exactly!
07.08.2025 18:18 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0And then we iterate on the first 3 to improve/refine the perception where needed.
Narrative is an excellent tool to do that with.
BUT! This is my mind map, and it's meant solely to be a tool for creating better discussions. YMMV, and I'd love to see your iteration of it.
Getting over a cold and fuzzy-headed today, so apologies for any confusion. Completely agree with you and @dhanendran.co.uk - Perception is very much something that can be changed.
But the first 3 Ps are the way that we act, Perception is how it is received.
I like where you're going with this - but it's different on purpose.
The first 3 are things that I have at least some control of. Perception is how that's experienced - the result of HOW we do the first 3.
In the canvas, Perception is on the bottom on purpose - it's the foundation for everything.
EP 135 - Product Environment Canvas with Randy Silver The Product for Product Management podcast
When coaching, I mentally classify what people are talking about into issues that revolve around 4 Ps:
π― Priorities
π€Ό People
βοΈ Processes
π & Perception

I'm giving a talk on the subject soon - but I'd love to hear from you.

We're that sort too, when duty calls we go. In these grave times frivolity's been banned. Fashion is unwomaned and unmanned. We have equal rights in death, disease, distress. And in hunger, filth and human sexlessness. x Definitely true. X Yea... A weak man has doubts before a decision; a strong man has them afterwards. 7:38 PM To be sure, the dog is loyal. But why, on that account, should we take him as an example? He is loyal to man, not to other dogs. x And democracy means the opportunity to be everyone's slave. x Why do you think that?
