This movie really got under my skin

They saw kids put in cages in his first term and voted for him to up the ante. They didn’t care how it happened because they didn’t think it would affect white people. You don’t get to play coy now that it’s hurting you.

It would be nice if they could then acknowledge the harm perpetuating their incorrect opinion caused

The problem with prominent opinion columnists finally catching up is that their fear of being alarmist implicitly encouraged their millions of readers to ignore the gathering threat while we had much more power to stop it.

To constantly dismiss and downplay reality is a form of propaganda
