You'll get lots of different answers because (surprise) women are people, and people like different things! But one thing they personally cannot do is speak for all women. They can only tell you what some people have mentioned to them. The HR cast and crew, at least, have not been reductive.

When interviewers trot that question out for the lead actors of Heated Rivalry, one thing I like is they tend to point out how they made it for a broad spectrum of people, and anything they say about why there are women in the audience is just their guess. Ask a woman what stories she likes.

My mom died of covid in mid-May 2020, and we couldn't schedule her funeral before late June because so many had died. There was a refrigerator truck outside the funeral home. We did a short memorial service beside it, in the parking lot.

I can confirm that (after a kerfuffle earlier today over genAI coding) there is no habitual use of genAI coding tools among any of the 35+ coders on the project, and the two commits by one coder (apparently testing a tool) out of 40 repos were very minor and were reverted already. No genAI anymore.

Oh, I sure have. I've been researching options, and specifically testing @stoat.chat as a potential alternative, for a bit. I received some info I was looking for today, confirming that Stoat DOES NOT scrape user data and has no plans to sell it to AI farms. I also spent some time on their github.

Stoat doesn't and has no current intent to scrape or sell your data for generative AI. We don't automatically scan all user content with AI systems either.
