Only lost 1.5lbs this week but that’s over a stone and a half in the first 5 weeks. The carafe of Shiraz and the ton of onion rings with our Valentines meal didn’t help but fully back into it this week despite turning a year older this Sunday. Onwards 👍👍

Another 4.5lbs lost tonight at Slimming World making a total of 20.5lbs in 4weeks. Missed my Stone and a half award by half a pound. Eating stuff like this is certainly helping. #bodyisatemple 🤣🤣

Lost another 2lbs at Slimming World group last night. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a wee bit disappointed with that result but it is 16lbs lost in the first three weeks so not complaining. It shows that the Skimming World Food Optimising does work. #Slimmingworld
