He's holding a cane whose physical appearance matches the metallic organic look of his home. His dress is a rich, royal blue and the lining that peaks through is a bright reddish pink.

Most if not all of Viktor's followers wear similar neutral, earthy colors. White, beige, green & brown. The one exception seems to be Viktor, who wears rich jewel tones because he still wears the blanket Jayce gave him! Look at the pop of reddish pink in the lining! 🧵 #Arcane
