Caroline Lucas appointed as new Professor of Practice at the University of Sussex Caroline Lucas has been appointed by the University of Sussex as its first Professor of Practice in Environmental Sustainability.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Caroline Lucas, former leader of the Green Party and MP for Brighton Pavilion, as the University's first Professor of Practice in Environmental Sustainability at the Sussex School for Progressive Futures (SSPF).

🔧Oh and did you know theyhave a spare parts store, so you can buy refurbished parts for you bike.

🚲 Since April they’ve sold 616 adult & child refurbished bikes, trained lots of adults and children in bike maintenance and provide great volunteering opportunities!

Well done people of Exeter for turning up and opposing the far right marching on our streets. My Swiss immigrant wife and I met several other non-Brits today who have made their home here and who were also part of the "This is what community looks like" brigade.

About 1000 attended the Exeter is for Everyone celebration of diversity today. A powerful event.

Patk and ride C bus being only every 20 mins is hopeless, especially when they regularly cancel a service. Used to be every 12mins & needs to be 5 an hour to encourage people to use it & reduce traffic.
