確かに、‌脾胃虚弱の人は、消化酵素の分泌が不足しているため、タンパク質などの栄養素を十分に分解できず筋肉を合成する効率が悪いんですよね…
私も友達の体を触って筋肉の構造を学んでいるんですが、背中や脚を鍛えている方が少なすぎます。

背中の筋肉はなかなか鍛えられないから、現実ではお手本が見つかりにくいね…
写真だけでは動きの法則がよく分からなくて、本当に難しい😹
