Following city’s lead, county advances plan for tougher limits on where immigration agents are allowed The proposed ordinance will be written based on one the San Diego City Council unanimously approved Monday and then brought back for supervisors to consider next month.

Governments across our region are coming together to make CLEAR that our public buildings are not launching grounds for warrantless federal enforcement efforts.

This week we passed the CLEAR ordinance and took a stand for San Diegans.

In April the @EPA committed to complete the construction at the South Bay Wastewater Treatment plant in 100 days. San Diegans will be watching closely, eager for clean water and real accountability.

In San Diego, we’ve done the hard work: expanded mobile crisis teams, launched 9-8-8 integration, and helped thousands get care and stay safe.

Now Trump’s trying to undo it all, slashing services, shutting down crisis lines, scapegoating LGBTQ youth instead of solving problems.
