Such a dangerous 'bike lane' and pavement. Being soaked by a muddy puddle every time it rains just adds insult to looming injury

Well I didn't choose to. Can @bristolgreenparty.bsky.social put in bollards to stop cars driving onto places where they aren't allowed to? Can they instruct traffic wardens to give tickets for illegal parking that isn't just double yellows?

Yes and I've been to the engagements etc. Seems strange to have to wait years for a liveable neighbourhood to get rules that already exist enforced though.

If the reason why @bristolgreenparty.bsky.social can't stop vehicles going where they shouldn't be is money... Why not let people sponsor a bollard? Or at least hold drivers accountable somehow? I would sponsor a bollard or two so we could safely move around.

Oh and as we cycle round windmill hill, we'll be tailgated and beeped at by whoever drives up quickly behind us- despite the signs saying 'no through traffic'. This is less than a mile of cycling my daughter to nursery in South Bristol

then into dame Emily park (again cargo bike doesn't fit so I have to go round). When I'm at her nursery, there will be 7 or 8 cars driven onto the now muddy bank because they want to park as close as possible

Me too. But no enforcement of traffic rules that stop cars from threatening cyclists. About to cycle my daughter through Vic park (cargo bike doesn't fit through barriers) past st Mary redcliffe prim. (Bollard removed so cars drive up) Then up east st (constant flow of traffic ignoring signs) (1/2)

A few more bin bags in your photo! This has been an issue for several years. Hopefully a solution can be found.

Reported it as flytipping at the start of Jan. No reply.Went through all this several years ago with different departments at bcc all saying someone else was responsible and I should contact them.Took months..I gave up. Surely it's the job of the council to do the admin and find the right person?

Still waiting for a reply about this in windmill hill... The pile is growing daily.
