I was a bit critical on the Bunlith pilot, but I'm ECSTATIC that the Kickstarter is succeeding as much as it is because there was enough to make me intrigued.

Trans creators. Trans VAs. Trans characters. Love to see it tbh.

I have a lot of.....thoughts regarding FNAF and it's creator, but the creative Renaissance it birthed in terms of animators, musicians, artists, and various other creative types was honestly incredible for the time and I'd love to see something else have that same impact again.

If that’s what HeiHei looks like, i hate to see what they did with Tamatoa (if at all).

I don't know which company I would want to buy Warner Bros, but I would rather it not be one that already owns a major legacy studio or one uninterested in the theatrical business.

Maybe an electronics company akin to when Sony bought Columbia Pictures.

Jackie covering her ears in concern as she realizes that Hacker is putting the lives of the creatures of EcoHaven at danger of dying by stealing its ooze for energy in the Cyberchase episode fittingly titled "EcoHaven Ooze". When Matt, Inez, Digit, and Widget look at Jackie as she expresses her unfortunate discovery, not only do Matt and Digit have no white in their eyes, but Matt looks dead inside because his eyes are also drawn with abnormally large pupils.

Inez asking Matt, Jackie, and Digit for ideas on how to bring a balloon of a ghost named Ivanka to life in order to scare Hacker during the same episode of Cyberchase. Digit's eyes once again have no white, and Matt's eyes are drawn with very wonky proportions (looking too wide to be an oval and yet also too thin to be a circle, though at least the pupils don't look creepy anymore). Both of these screenshots came from an airing of the aforementioned installment that I just recorded from PBS Kids (another rare instance of the channel airing a classic Cyberchase episode).

People cry foul over Cyberchase switching to Flash animation, and rightfully so.

In fairness, however, you can tell that Nelvana was beginning to lose their passion for crafting this series during the show’s last traditionally animated season.

The two movies are a downgrade from the tv show though. Beverly Hill Cats was okay but the story is like two episodes combined. And 2011 movie was just weird looking. Is it supposed to be animated in computers or something? The animation’s somehow stiffer than your typical HB show.

If you have a show that revolved on a bunch of cats, of course a cat lover like me would enjoyed it a lot. One of Hanna Barbera’s finest works, as it’s very consistent in quality and memorable characters.

Slightly off topic, but I always find it funny how much "anti-woke" people go on about how this generation wouldn't have been able to handle George Carlin when a lot of his approach to comedy is EXACTLY what we like seeing.

This reminded me of when I came across an old interview where Zach Hadel talked about trying to get a Chris Chan cameo for season one. And it was a sobering reminder that despite enjoying Smiling Friends, it still has some of that old and shitty Newgrounds blood in it.

I feel like accusing people of being antimsemetic because they think genocide is bad is really stupid.

Athiests who don't believe in God: understandable.

Athiests who don't believe a normal, non immortal human being named Jesus who was nice could possibly have ever existed: annoying.

I feel like the fact there are animals that ACTUALLY have to kill other animals to survive... is pretty solid evidence that no, the world is not a fair place.

Hot take: Disney should be allowed to have scary attractions. As long as there are warnings posted outside, the choice to actually do them is on the parents. Part of being a park for everyone is including a variety of attractions for different demographics.

on its own it's good but I feel like Wicked has kind of done damage to the entire concept of villains in fiction. You can have the most obviously unqestionably evil villain in a story and people will try to find a way to insist they're the good guy.

People who think Nightmare Before Christmas is "too weird" would die if they ever saw the work of David Lynch.

What people can do is manipulate the senses to create something new. People can take sight and sound bend them to their whim and combine them to capture human emotions.

Art is magic.

hot take: Nostalgia on its own isn't inherently bad. it's a tool. very man stories, even "original" ones, are rooted in nostalgia in some way.

For the record I don’t Hate Rescue Rangers, but it is not consistent and has other issues.

also a lot of the iconic lines people associate with Marvel... were not invented by Marvel and rarely if ever have actually been even used in the MCU.

hot take: I'm tired of people pretending Marvel invented quippy writing. it didn't.

There are plenty of fans of Disney IP who would love to ACTUALLY make stuff for Disney. as in, work with other humans to make things.

but then of course, Disney would have to pay them. and they don't want that.

the CEOs of Disney should have shorter terms. like after about a decade or so is when things always start to fall apart.

No use complaining, general audiences will give it a billion regardless.
