Teachers must be equipped with asset-based pedagogies that foster positive mathematical identities.

Professional learning that integrates deep mathematical content with specific knowledge of learning disabilities must be provided.

Ensuring access to high-quality mathematics requires sustained collaboration between general and special educators.

Teacher preparation must include inclusive, practice-based experiences with students with disabilities, and teachers must receive actionable feedback.
