We study inequalities in early childhood education and care (ECEC) in Sweden by immigrant background. Immigrant-background children enroll less often - but the pattern is different from the usual story about disadvantage and access.

Our NEW WORKING PAPER on the role of social partners during the Covid-19 pandemic in Sweden and Finland comes timely!
As in the current Tesla conflict, our paper shows that the social partners are influential, strong, and matters to protect vulnerable groups.
