We develop trust in ourselves and the goodness around us, and we become part of that goodness for ourselves and others. So let the pendulum swing but do not let it get stuck in any position too long. Trust the flow of energy, wisdom, and resilience that flows through and around you and we will be able to handle whatever these times bring, together. β¨πβ¨
