Not sure. I only know this was my 15th day in a row working. 🙃

It was a new area so it was super cheap! The homes where I am now were in the mid 400ks at that time. It’s why we went south. Got a new larger place for half the price.

I would have had more confidence. That would have fixed the majority of the issues.
I would’ve bought two homes on Aliso Viejo, not just the one. They were only $239k in 1995.

I don’t think that will be a problem. Growing up everyone referred to my parent’s house as the snack shack. We are all deep in snacks. 😂
