Yep! We’ve had that proven over and over again!

That’s sad for her. I don’t understand the greed. I can and have lived on very little. It’s possible and I don’t feel like I am suffering or sacrificing. We just don’t need all the things we buy and collect. All my money takes care of the kids and their needs.

I guess!! But it wasn’t true torture unless you brought grandma along too. 🤣
Everyone here has a runny nose from allergies with the wind and grandma wants is telling us all to get to the dr and won’t leave us alone. It’s not going well for her.

My parents don’t need it all either but it’s going to be extremely helpful when I eventually get it!!
I’ll have money to get a place to live. That’s all I care about.

I worked 7 days this week. And there was lots of extra stress. I can’t believe how worn out I am now. I got dinner ready and come to collapse on my bed.

You had to have a pretty high income to not get any of it. Yay for you!!

Yep! Just like all the other things in the BBBill, they start and stop when it appears to be the fault of a different administration. And because too many people are uninformed about how things work in the world, they will not put blame where it belongs! 🤬

Yeah, not worth the drama. I filed that way 1st yr. Then every year since I file HoH on the 1st day it opens to ensure I get to claim all 3 kids. I legally have always had majority custody (pay for everything), but IRS only cares who files first to claim. He’s too unorganized to file even in Oct. 🙄

It won’t be too long before I have single status. 24 is too old to qualify and 20-2 stopped going to school so doesn’t qualify as dependent now. As soon as 20-1 moves or graduates it’s over for me. We all need business income and 1099s. W2 workers are screwed!

There was a lady on TikTok mad she doesn’t get deductions for head of household as a single person (rightly so).
I joked that it’s the happiness tax because everyone married is miserable. Only happy people are the ones who are single. 😂

My dad was telling me he got an extra bonus deduction of $7500 on taxes for being over 65.
I looked it up. Seems to me to just be a bribe to keep elderly voters voting Republican. The max for married is $12k, single is $6k.
Families with children (through age 24) need this tax break!!

This was the day after Xmas. We can surf in the morning, drive 90 minutes to the mountains to ski, and be back home for dinner. 🏄🏼‍♀️ 🎿🏔️
