Trump administration moves to curtail union representation at EPA The move is part of a larger effort by the Trump administration to terminate contracts and end union representation at agencies across the federal government.

Currently, one in six live below the federal poverty line. If the 2015 rule is rescinded, these workers wouldn’t even be required to be paid $7.25 under federal law.
