the first chapter of my oc's lore comic is not happening by the end of this year, nuh uh

i have storyboards of four different comics, it's just aaaaaaaagh so difficult to focus

i suppose i've been avoidant bc it's a long first chapter and i have a million other excuses i could pull out but no! i must create even if it kinda looks like shit bc this is my first time making something like this

i've literally had the storyboard sitting for many months, i just have to start

yeah so
this is one of those situations where i've been working on literally anything else but my guy's lore comic..
but today! i will force myself to sit and work on it and see if it's feasible to have the first chapter up before the new year

i've been making quite a bit of traditional art but not as much digital stuffs

my comics have been making zero progress bc of irl duties. also i might be becoming a volunteer art teacher

taught some friends about the concept of a vtuber being someone's oshi, and one of em said jerma is his oshi

i'll make a new png and will rename my socials over the next couple weeks. still gonna be doing the same stuff, just a new name :)

i've decided i will not stream as cowboy anymore, but the cowboy is not going away! i'm still making his lore comic! i can't say when exactly i'll start uploading it publicly, but i hope i can get at least one chapter up before the end of the year :3

i should make bakunawa into a hot anime man, but i'd need to do some research on folklore

all i remember from my parents telling me about him is that he is the cause of eclipses, and people would have to bang pots and shout super loud to stop him from swallowing the moon

yesterday i felt so pissed off about my broken a/c so i sat down to draw how i felt and forget about it

so for three years, this thing only had one tomato slice in the bowl, but now it has its buddies

made some changes after actually falling asleep heh

but i finally finished my first clip studio paint file from 3 yrs ago which i forgot existed

was thinking of alternatives to 'less talking more fighting' and why are they all freaky and about yapping

i also finished a commission today and i'm took pics during the process. i hope to make a lil slideshow on tiktok to explain the process

i dont like the idea of making tutorials, but i think if i just explain my own process, it's easier for my brain to think about than trying to make a formal guide

at least i have scripts and a storyboard for one. the other is just scattered across a few word documents and notes, but i feel a certain fire for that one

i am fleshing out characters, but it feels daunting to make them interact in a way that is paced well bc shit im not a writer hahahah
