For a sandbox campaign, I believe in doing the "right" work up front. All you need is (1) a table of campaign events and a downtime system to keep the world in motion, (2) a strong initial premise for adventuring, (3) 2 or 3 small adventure sites or 1 big one. Then you're golden!

Amazing performance of The Roll Players at the Comedy Bar in Toronto. Really refreshing to see the first campaign I've ever ran now an improv show!
