2/2: Last night -- 7:30 on a Friday night! -- a guy from our local post office followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was OK. Yes, there are plenty of crap people who work for the post office, but there are also plenty of great people willing to go the distance. So, thanks to that guy

1/2: It's a long story, but our mail carrier (who routinely misdelivers mail in our building) mistakenly thought we had moved. I called our local post office on Wednesday and yesterday a week's worth of mail (including belated birthday gifts from Patric's mom & step mom) showed up. Problem solved.
