Not sure if I wanna make an insta post after 2ish years of not posting so sharing pics here :)

I fear that the secret to not getting sick is not being around kids and especially not working with kids. I fr used to only get sick like once a year

Anyways oopsies this is also going to be used like it was in my sad twt days. Everything is cyclical time is a circle

it feels like it reads as though I'm intentionally ignoring people's advice and encouragement. And the funny thing is I agree and want to do those things, but its like what's the point bc somewhere in the subconscious I want to *simply cease* and then those things won't even matter

Unfortunately realized that the reason I can't get myself to do the things I need to do (make Dr's appts, eat well, clean up, etc) is all bc I simply don't want to *be here* which is obvious but it's also hard when you simultaneously want to get better
