Babes call me Ash Ketchum cause I’m catching ‘em all! Out of the three interviews had I now have three job offers officially on the table 🥹

At the end of September when I was laid off the uncertainty rocked me, but now I’m sitting here grateful for the opportunity to see my real worth.

Guess which bands I saw this year.. 🤣

So my theory that I only listen to music for extended periods of time when I’m going to a concert has proven quite true this year. Each date I was going to a show are the heaviest days I listened to music and matches each time with the artist I was seeing.

Waiting on a job offer letter to get sent over to me today for the job I’m supposed to start on Thursday while also waiting to hear from the place I did my final interview with last week.

So fingers crossed *knock on wood* I’ll have a job by the end of the week.

Toots started acting like an asshole again after a week of being, dare I say, better than what her “normal” was before this whole shit show started in September. Oh and her new trick is she can jump over two baby gates, hence the third.

Face update.

Will not be falling on my face again in the future, 0/10 - do not recommend.

Women with bruise on her cheek from falling on the floor with her face because she was trying to bring an ounce of joy to her jerk cat.

The worst part of leaning over the baby gate to fetch Toot’s lid she was playing with which ended with me landing on my face? Using all my wood cleaning product in PowerWash Simulator because I hit the auto ON option because I was holding my XBox controller when gracefully falling to the floor.

Pleaaaseee pleeeeasee I need all the tots and pears cause gurl these two weeks of recovery are gonna be ROUGH. Toots hasn’t let us touch her or go near her and we haven’t been able to get her cone of soft shame on her so we’re watching her like a hawk to make sure she’s not messing with her incision

Toots has been successfully spayed with no complications - now the real work begins which is her recovery. She FREAKS if anything is constricting her (ie a cone) and will not let us hold her down for any reason (meds) so I’m sure these next two weeks will be fiiiiine

1. Laid off from job on Monday
2. Cat turns into straight asshole Tuesday
3. Gets Covid on Friday

It’s not been a fun time around here.

We’ve now arrived at baby gate city. Toots is still convinced Khal exists only to murder her.
Fingers crossed this works until we can get her fixed and then fingers and toes crossed that fixes this new everyone hates me and is out to cause me bodily harm brain she now has.
