By any reasonable reading Jenrick's attacks on a fellow lawyer & colleague i.e. the Attorney General constitutes a breach of paragraph 1.5

Robert Jenrick just compared the Attorney-General to a 'mafia lawyer' & suggested that he 'chose' his former clients bec he identified with their causes. All these remarks are potentially actionable and as a solicitor Jenrick is clearly bringing the legal profession into disrepute. The SRA must act!

The population of Newark-on-Trent is 95% White British. Is Jenrick seriously saying he wants to see more Black and Asian faces in his constituency in order to reflect the 18% national average and to encourage his White constituents to integrate? Of course not. He is both a liar and a racist.

And we have even less protection here. Trump can't fire judges who have constitutional protection. A government here could pass a law allowing them to do so with a majority of one in the Commons.
