Yes it would mean going from being a librarian to being a library assistant but extra money and being able to work the whole 12 months and not just 10 months a year is more pertinent to me. And who knows, maybe I’ll get one of library postions I’ve been applying for.

Just applied for a job that I’m way overqualified for but it pays more than my current job now. Can’t wait to be rejected for it cause I’m too overqualified cause I have a masters and the minimum requirement is an associates degree.

If you’re still on a Redford kick I can’t recommend THE MILAGRO BEANFIELD WAR enough. It’s Redford’s best directing work imo, and a very timely story about choosing not to be complicit in your own demise.

I'm still shocked Preston Sturgess got away with character discussing trading sexual favors for money with a man dubbed "The Wienie King" in The Palm Beach Story (1942) during the peak of the Hays Code. They even say sex during a time people in films/tv couldn't say pregnant.
