Our unique online crowd-editing tool, pioneered by our friends at DiEM25, has allowed members to directly propose changes to our founding documents.
Crowd-editing submissions will close at midday, Weds 19 November, so if you’ve been meaning to get around to it, now is the time.

Over the past few weeks, Your Party has come to life at regional assemblies all over the country, with vibrant debates about the party we are building.

Yesterday, we published our draft founding documents.
They include a proposal for mandatory reselection for all Your Party public office holders. MPs would always be accountable to the grassroots: to members.

These draft founding documents lay the groundwork for a genuinely democratic, member-led party.

A representative selection of members will then vote on amendments at our founding conference, before all members are invited to take the final decision in an online OMOV vote.

The final text will be up to members.
As well as proposing edits on our online portal, members will debate the documents together at mass assemblies across Britain.
The documents will then evolve iteratively in response to member feedback - deliberative democracy in action.
