These guys are called Roastie Toasties, or Popcorn Men. They’ve been a part of Disneyland since the beginning. The early figures were all clowns (at least, that’s all that show up in old photos). But eventually, the clowns were replaced with figures that matched the land they were located in.

Haha, well I guess it wouldn’t be runDisney if there weren’t at least a few bugs. Hopefully it shows up for you soon!

Just went to register for the W&D Half and the runDisney site… took my money *and* allowed me to register? Am I being punk’d? I’m still waiting for the 14 error messages and to be kicked off the site repeatedly. Did they finally backfill that web dev role?

Weird Disney dream no. 501: I was in DHS for the opening of a new Ghostbusters ride, which was basically a combination of Haunted Mansion and Buzz Lightyear. Oh and instead of Doom Buggies we were in small world-type boats 🤷🏻‍♂️

Weird Disney Park dream #500. I was on a ride that was part Skyliner, part Rocket Rods, part dark ride. It was basically an indoor/outdoor high-speed Peter Pan’s flight. Instead of FP/LL & standby, there was one track that was the full ride & one that was partial, like a teaser. Yes I dreamt this
