I agree that this program is a fantastic example of what DEI should be, and am happy to have shown you the value of a program you seemed so against earlier in the thread. I hope we can continue to agree on the utility of this program.

I suggest you check NIH's definition of diversity. I qualify through disability (due to military service) and growing up in low socioeconomic status (Pell grants, free lunch, etc). More than race and sex identity at play here.
