I make few personal posts here, but this is one.

I had an L4-S1 TLIF July 30th. Since then, I've been doing recovery. I'm up to walking 1½ miles and riding my recumbent bike 8 miles.

8 weeks of hard work is paying off huge.

Put in the work in what you want/need. You won't regret it.
