I begged a friend for help because I’ve been in crisis for a few weeks (it’s why I haven’t been online).

His response? “No one is in crisis that long. Go to the hospital”.

Please don’t be this person. Chronically ill people can live weeks or months in crisis. The hospital doesn’t help. Support us.

Update: been out of commission since Friday evening as I injured myself pushing a Costco cart 💀
