Workout calendar 72 is complete! Yes, this is the 72nd workout calendar I have completed since I started this health and wellness journey in 2013! I’m happy to report that I ended up lifting heavier than when I started! Not mad about that!

Boring push-up workout! Filming pushups is just not exciting! The trainer had us doing pushups in different styles but they pretty much look the same on video! Oh well!
