Meze was kind enough to send out a loaner 105 AER to try for a couple weeks.

Day two of coming into work to install floors, and being sent home due to lack of product since our supplier in America isn’t shipping to Canada right now.

The (FiiO) Snowsky Wind got a lot of hype based on how it looked. Unfortunately actually using it, it doesn’t quite live up to the hype.

Several people have confirmed that Valve is aiming to release new standalone, wireless VR headset (codename Deckard) by the end of 2025. The current price for the full bundle is set to be $1200. Including some "in-house" games (or demos) that are already done.

I wish some people in the audio and tech space would remember that it’s okay to have a different opinion. You can still be respectful or even friends while disagreeing on certain aspects of tech/audio.

I’m tired of seeing the current trend of character attacks from petty disagreements.

The biggest argument point may be the flood of amateur measurements and data with ear simulators of varying quality and tolerances. I and many others are in that category, and while I do think it brought some good, it also gets misused and opens people to more confusion and making assumptions.

With 2 filters to bring down the peak, they actually sound quite decent and better than the Koss options, but without it they sound bad. Unfortunately they clamp a lot as well and have no swivel or relief

If you’re considering deleting your twitter account to move here instead, a word of caution, your old username will become available to others in 30 days. Be careful if you have a following. I know someone who deleted their twitter, and soon an impersonator used their old name to slander them

I bough these because I liked the retro look and metal build. Sadly they need a couple EQ adjustments to really enjoy.

Ahh, I was almost finished my $100 DIY eye tracking build in my Valve Index to see how it compares with my Quest Pro Eye Tracking, but I tore one of the ribbons for the cameras. Have to wait for another one to come in.
