Major Caribbean Sea Earthquake Causes Shaking in Cayman Islands, Belize - Caribbean Journal A 7.6-magnitude earthquake in the Caribbean Sea caused shaking across a number of countries in the region on Saturday night.

There were reports of shaking in Belize, the Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico, along with Montserrat, Honduras and parts of the Mexican Caribbean.

So far, the reports of shaking have only been light to moderate. There were even some reports in Florida.
