Concept art I did for a map in Video Horror Society.
This map takes place in a 1980s Chinatown. It was a blast to research, not just online and in libraries, but also by visiting local Chinatowns here in BC and talking with the older staff.

I only had time to do some non Storm Hacker personal work in the first half of the year. In that time I focused on experimenting with higher level 3D concepting and look dev, creating a couple of scenes using Blender, 3D Coat, and Unreal.

Small painting I did years ago with paint they use in Ghibli films. At the time I had not painted traditionally in over a decade so it was fun. Inspired by valley town I grew up in.
