That’s what I ended up doing. Wall fishing isn’t fun, but I did copper and OM4 to every room. My rack is a disaster right now. I added a bunch of connections and haven’t punched them down yet or installed the fiber patch panel. I got a bunch of extra UI Pro and XG stuff. DM if you want some.

I went Ubiquiti for similar reasons. Cameras on one VLAN, IOT on its own, regular stuff on a 3rd, with IOT blocked from the other two completely. Shit is bananas these days.
