My friend adopted 2 things in this photo…the mug and this wee kitten. The kitten was outside Irene’s back door…crying. The Cat Distribution System was at work. ☺️😽

I use to try to be what everyone wanted me to be. At my previous job, I was put down for being too ‘artsy fartsy’. Like it was a bad thing.
Yet…here I am. Running my own pottery and apparel businesses. Being the ME that I was always meant to be. 💖

I was blown away by how quickly my Sassy Cat mugs were adopted on Saturday!!!! Absolutely humbled ☺️
My daughter is getting married next month…but I promise to create more after that.

I’m spending more time in my studio. It’s pretty ironic that murder podcasts are better for my mental health than listening to tRump getting away with crimes…again!

My Supurrvisor, Mr. Mistofelees, demanded payment for his services…belly rubs and chin scratches. I am such a good employer 🤗😽

Since 9/11, we’ve noticed a huge difference travelling on the river. The US is very aggressive patrolling the ‘border’ on the water. Lots of Canadian boaters get hassled. Whereas, we constantly have American boats fishing in front of our dock (in Canadian waters) without being stopped. 🤔

I live along the St. Clair River in Ontario. I’m looking out my window at my neighbours across the road/river…St. Clair, Michigan 🥺. It saddens me to know how many hundreds of times I’ve been across the river…and now?!?!? I can’t believe this is actually allowed to happen. 🤬

Love it!!!! I do, too. 7 cats and 1 dog. 🤗

When glaze runs more than you expect it?!?! My hubby eventually ground the ragged edges but I wasn’t satisfied.

All of my pottery goes through very thorough cat scans by my Supurrvisors. Today, Keelie, gave 4 paws up to some Dimple cups, Shoreline mugs, and Pretty in Pink cups.

One evening, Keelie walked through my underglaze palette, so I put her paw prints on a bowl I was going to paint. My friend, Barb, told me it looked ‘pawsitively adorable’. And I loved it!!! That’s how I got my name. Pawsitive Pottery.
