At the top of the doc there's a link marked in blue. That takes you to a Google Form wherein you put in some necessary info, like who you're auditioning for, how you'd like to be credited, etc.

1) You can audition for more than one character.

1. There is no deadline, auditions are always open.
2. Since the last two auditioners didn't seem to realize this, I'll tell you. You can audition for more than two characters.
