The demos today were awesome!
- The Crushed in Time demo was very short, but I got a really good sense of the stretchy gameplay.
- Steel Artery is an fun, elaborate city-builder on a train.
- Esoteric Ebb is a D&D-inspired game where your 6 ability scores literally bicker inside your head.
The first one on my list was Crushed In Time, from the same studio who made There Is No Game - a metanarrative adventure everyone should play. The demo was simple and fun, and I'm trusting that it'll deliver on that surprising, genre-bending gameplay they're known for.
