my manager asked me to diagram out my thoughts and a senior engineer said my proposal is high priority. ive successfully proven my worth but at the cost of more work

ever since getting hired, ive just been going with the flow, but now im at the point where i know enough to pushback and disagree, but doing that with my manager feels viscerally wrong even though all the other devs supported me

hearing a senior engineer say they didn't know something i spent a day learning is equal parts gratifying and terrifying
